How do I get Free Shipping?
- Your order must total $50.00 before shipping charges and sales tax.
- The entire order must be shipped to the same address.
- The delivery address must be located within the US.
- Offer applies only for standard ground shipping.

How fast is my order processed?
Typically orders ship within 2-5 days, depending on the time of the year.

We understand that at some point you may be in urgent need of your order (last minute gift?) If so, please indicate this in the "comments" section of the online order form. We will contact you with additional shipping options. Or, you may call us at (858) 490-0515 and we can let you know how quickly we can ship your order out.

What shipping options are available?
We have selected USPS and UPS to handle our delivery service. Unless you select otherwise, all orders will be shipped via Standard Ground Service. You should allow 5-7 days for Standard Ground Deliveries.

Canadian orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, with approximately 10 - 14 days for delivery.
Hawaii orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with approximately 3-10 days for delivery.

Can I ship internationally?
At this time, we are only shipping orders within the US and to Canada.
