Can I order products online?

Yes, all of our products are available for purchase online. Occasionally, our inventory of certain products may be backordered, but we will let you know when you place your order. We will advise you of the possible in-stock date and request a confirmation for a back-order, exchange or cancel instructions.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to any address within the State of California. If you are shipping to any other destination in the U.S. or Canada, sales tax will not be charged on your purchase.

How will I know my order was successfully placed?
After you complete your order, an email will automatically be sent to the email address you provided. This email will serve as your Confirmation of Order and your Receipt. If you do not receive this email within a few hours, please contact us. Additionally, you can always log in to the site (using your email and password) and creview all your previous and current orders.

What is your Return Policy?
At San Diego Natural Soap Company, we are committed to your total satisfaction. If any of our products fail to meet your expectations, we want to know. Our goal is to produce high quality products with which you will fall in love. If this does not happen, we want your feedback and suggestions as this gives us an opportunity to make things better. We will gladly offer an exchange or full refund - whichever you prefer, no hassle. Please email us with your name, contact telephone number and item(s) you wish to exchange/return. One of our friendly Customer Service Representatives will contact you to make the arrangements for the exchange/return.

What is your Privacy policy?

San Diego Natural Soap Company fully respects your privacy. We will never sell, loan or give away your personal information to anyone. Any information we collect is solely for the purpose of enhancing your shopping experience. However, you will need to enter your credit card information EVERY TIME YOU MAKE A PURCHASE as we DO NOT STORE any credit card information.
